Our Mission:

Help our patients reach their maximum potential and to ensure the brightest futures for the children and communities we serve.

At Himmel Home Health, we strive to bring the highest quality of personalized, professional care to all of our patients. Our licensed therapists and nurses coordinate with you and your Doctor to assess, diagnose, and develop a plan of care specifically to meet your child’s needs. Our therapists and nurses use an array of tools, techniques, and custom programs to help your child overcome the challenges they may face.

Therapy services can be performed in your home, or at another location where the patient spends a significant amount of time, such as a day care or a relative’s house. In addition to saving you time and money from travel, home therapy can be better and more productive for the patient. With home therapy, families are able to be more involved and proactive in the goal-making process and in treatment activities. Home therapy can increase the patient’s progress and retention of information and skills, because it is rendered in the patient’s natural environment, as opposed to an artificial environment such as a clinic.

Nursing services can be performed in your home, a family member’s home, a friend’s home, or the child’s school. Home nursing services helps to reduce hospital stays and admissions and helps to keep your child where he or she belongs: At Home! Home nursing services is cost-effective, quality care for your child that is designed to optimize the child’s health status and outcomes.
